When the township has abated a cited violation, the cost of abatement, plus any applicable
administrative charges as established by township board resolution, shall be billed
to the property owner. Such billing shall be a personal debt of the owner to the township,
which may be assessed as a lien against the property, including interest thereon,
until paid.
