§ 7-29. Fees.

The fees for activities and services performed by the department in carrying out its responsibilities under this code shall be as established by resolution of the township board. Such administrative fees shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

(1)

Late annual rental dwelling registration;

(2)

Condemnation of human occupancy;

(3)

Notice to vacate;

(4)

Lapsed rental certificate of occupancy;

(5)

Notice to abate;

(6)

Search warrant;

(7)

Attorney warning letter;

(8)

Vendoring;

(9)

Vehicle removal;

(10)

Denied entry;

(11)

Complaint investigation (if validated).
