The township board may, by resolution which shall be amendable and revocable at any
time upon appropriate notice to the delegee and DEQ, delegate all or any part of the
permitting, inspection and other township or control authority functions or responsibilities
specified in this division, to any other governmental agency operating and maintaining
the POTW or public sewers on behalf of the township. Such resolution shall be effective
only for such portion of the township public sewers and related functions as are operated
and maintained or performed by such designee.
