§ 28-40. Standard construction requirements.

Latest version.

The township may, from time to time, adopt by resolution of its township board, standard construction requirements for sidewalks and/or paths and establish a reasonable fee for obtaining copies of those requirements from the township. Violation of any provision of such standard construction requirements shall constitute a violation of this article.
