Chapter 24. SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES

§ 24-6. Inspection.

An applicant or licensee shall allow the zoning administrator, the county sheriff, any deputy sheriff or any other law enforcement official, individually or jointly, to inspect the premises of a sexually oriented business at any time it is occupied or open for business for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this chapter, the zoning ordinance, all other local ordinances and all other statutes, laws, rules or regulations of the county, state and federal government.
