Chapter 24. SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES

§ 24-15. Penalties.

Any person violating this chapter shall be subject to a misdemeanor. For each offense, the person may face fines of up to not more than $500.00, or imprisonment of up to not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, for each offense. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
