§ 20-2. Injury to property.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to write on, mutilate, deface, remove, set fire to or damage in any manner any building, equipment, backstop, net, tennis court, basketball backboard or hoop, goal post, sidewalk, fountain, fence, bench, statue, ornament, picnic table, grill, trash can, boardwalk or any other property, real or personal, owned or operated by the township and located in any park, provided that cooking fires are permitted in grills intended for this purpose.
