§ 18-31. Resisting officer.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to resist, obstruct, hinder or oppose any police officer or other law enforcement officer while in the discharge or apparent discharge of his duty, or in any way interfere with or hinder such officer in the discharge of his duty.
