Chapter 17. MEDICAL MARIJUANA LICENSING ORDINANCE

§ 17-7. Penalty for violation.

(a)

Civil infraction, with penalty of $1,000.00 (or the maximum permitted by law if less than $1,000.00) for each violation.

(b)

In the event of two or more violations, fines and penalties may increase as permitted by law, and multiple violations may be grounds for revocation of license, following a hearing.
