§ 14-1. Requirement for franchise/consent agreement.

All multichannel video providers shall obtain a franchise and/or consent agreement from the township prior to providing service to any resident, business or person within the township, and shall have a franchise and/or consent agreement in full force and effect at all times while such service is being provided.
